Lurker can evaluate eligible visible content from supported Facebook group, notification, and post pages opened in your Chrome session. This can include visible post text, eligible visible comments, notification text, group names, post URLs, timestamps, and related context.

No. Lurker does not collect Facebook passwords, cookies, access tokens, hidden session storage, private messages, or browser profile archives.

No. Engage is a subscription tier within Lurker for higher-capacity Facebook group opportunity review. AJAI Engage is a separate AJAI product for website conversations, lead capture, and human follow-up. Their product pages and account workflows are separate.

Yes. Lurker is an operator-assist workflow. A person reviews surfaced opportunities, controls any draft or approved media, and makes every response in Facebook.

In the native iPhone internal TestFlight build 1.0 (9), open an opportunity, generate or edit the reply, choose a Suggested image, and tap Prepare reply & open Facebook. On first use, allow add-only Photos access. Lurker saves the image, copies your exact edited text, and opens the original post. Paste the text and use Facebook’s photo button to attach the saved image to the same comment draft. You do not need to return to Lurker between text and image. Photo comments must be supported; Lurker never automatically attaches the image or posts for you. These are not web-app or extension controls.

No. Prepare reply requests add-only Photos permission to save the selected image; it does not grant Lurker photo-library read access. Failed downloads or saves leave the clipboard unchanged and do not open Facebook. Your edited reply is retained on return. Repeating Prepare after a successful save adds another copy.

Copy reply & open Facebook is text-only. Copy image & open Facebook copies actual image bytes, replacing clipboard text, then opens the original post without Photos permission. Facebook decides whether it accepts an image paste. Prefer Prepare reply for text with a photo: it saves the image to Photos and copies the text, so you can paste and attach in Facebook.

Suggested images use tag and service matching against approved company image-library assets, not independent image selection by the AI reply generator. Not every opportunity has a matching image. If suggestions fail to load, use Refresh images; a text-only reply remains available.

No. Coverage depends on Chrome, open supported tabs, watcher health, user settings, Facebook page behavior, and product maturity. Lurker is review assistance, not guaranteed monitoring coverage.

Lurker creates the workspace first and then continues to Stripe Checkout for the selected paid plan. Subscription and billing management are available from Lurker settings after login.

No. Optional Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity measure the public website only after you accept analytics. It does not receive extension activity, Facebook content, or user-linked product data.

Chrome removes extension-managed browser storage. Uninstalling does not by itself delete observations or other records already submitted to the Lurker backend. A complete backend purge workflow is not yet verified.
