The Lurker extension evaluates eligible content on supported Facebook pages that you open. Chrome, the computer, and the relevant Facebook tabs need to remain available. Lurker does not collect a Facebook password, join groups, or log in for you.

• Save only the groups you intend to monitor.
• Use positive keywords for relevant demand and negative keywords to suppress weak matches.
• If the watcher looks stale, confirm Chrome is awake, the Facebook tab is open, and the extension is active.
• Coverage is not guaranteed; Facebook layout changes or suspended tabs can affect detection.

Decide whether a match deserves a response.

Review the source post, group context, relevance or keyword match, match reason, service fit, and available reply assistance. Edit generated text before using it. Ignore a weak match or mark an item handled when appropriate.

Lurker assists the review; it never posts, comments, reacts, messages, or decides to enter the conversation for you.

Prepare text and a photo in one handoff.

1. Open an opportunity and generate or edit the reply.
2. Choose a relevant Suggested image.
3. Tap Prepare reply & open Facebook.
4. Allow add-only Photos access on first use.
5. In Facebook, paste the copied reply and use the photo button to attach the saved image to the same comment draft.
6. Review and post manually, where photo comments are supported.

You do not need to return to Lurker between pasting the text and attaching the saved image. The app never automatically attaches or posts it.

Suggestions come from approved assets.

Suggested images use tag and service matching against approved company image-library assets. The reply-generating AI does not independently select an image. Not every opportunity has a match.

• Prepare reply & open Facebook saves one image to Photos and copies your text.
• Copy reply & open Facebook is text-only.
• Copy image & open Facebook copies image bytes and replaces clipboard text; Facebook may not accept an image paste.
• Each successful Prepare tap saves another copy, so repeat only when needed.

Do not send Facebook passwords, cookies, access tokens, private messages, customer data, payment details, or screenshots containing personal information. Include the app build or extension version, the step that failed, and non-sensitive error text.
