Lurker helps an operator find and review possible opportunities

Lurker can evaluate eligible visible content from supported Facebook pages opened in an operator’s Chrome session, compare that content with configured keywords or business context, and present possible opportunities for review. Available features and limits depend on the active plan, workspace configuration, browser state, and third-party services.

Lurker may provide classifications, drafts, or approved-media suggestions. These are assistance tools, not instructions or guarantees. The operator decides whether, when, and how to respond.

Keep workspace access accurate and secure

You must provide accurate account and company information, protect account credentials, and promptly notify AJAI of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for ensuring that each operator is authorized to use the connected workspace and visible content.

AJAI may limit or suspend access when necessary to protect the service, investigate abuse or security risk, enforce plan limits, comply with law, or address a material violation of these Terms.

Paid access renews until canceled

Current prices, features, usage allowances, and billing intervals are shown before purchase and in the authenticated workspace. Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the displayed interval until canceled. You authorize AJAI and its payment provider to charge the applicable fees and taxes using the selected payment method.

You may cancel future renewal through the available billing-management flow. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless the checkout or applicable law states otherwise. Fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly approved by AJAI. AJAI may change future pricing or plan limits with reasonable notice; changes apply prospectively.

Use Lurker with permission and respect platform rules

You are responsible for complying with applicable laws, privacy obligations, industry requirements, Facebook or Meta rules, group rules, and third-party rights. You may not use Lurker to send spam or deceptive communications, harass others, process data without required rights, evade platform controls, introduce malware, gain unauthorized access, interfere with service security, resell unauthorized access, or support illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or high-risk activity.

You keep your content; AJAI keeps the product

You and your company retain rights in your business information, customer data, brand assets, keywords, instructions, and other materials you provide. You grant AJAI the limited rights needed to host, process, secure, support, and improve Lurker for your authorized use.

AJAI and its licensors retain all rights in Lurker’s software, designs, workflows, documentation, trademarks, and related technology. Feedback may be used to improve AJAI products without an obligation to compensate you.

Other services keep their own rules

Lurker may interoperate with services such as Facebook or Meta, Stripe, Supabase, hosting, email, notification, analytics, and AI providers. Those services are governed by their own availability, terms, and policies. AJAI does not control and is not responsible for a third-party service, a platform change, account restriction, content decision, outage, or independent data practice.

The service is provided as available

Lurker is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AJAI disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing. AJAI may change, improve, restrict, or discontinue features and will use reasonable notice when a material change affects paid access.

Business decisions remain with the operator

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AJAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost opportunities, lost data, business interruption, account restrictions, or loss of goodwill arising from or related to Lurker.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Alabama law and Baldwin County venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, any dispute arising from these Terms or Lurker will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Baldwin County, Alabama, and each party consents to their jurisdiction and venue.
